Fragrance Free & Green Carpet Cleaner?

Hi Everyone,
Thank you in advance for your help. I have this commercial carpets about 50000 sqft and they want me to use fragrance free and green carpet cleaner if there is any? I told the guy that we can do steam and everything will be rinsed and extracted. It’s a medical research building so they like cleaner that is safe.

Are there any carpet cleaner that has fragrance free and green seal certified? I appreciate it.

Their staff at one point was given a long list of a bunch of available chems and none of the pre sprays made the cut, only rinse.

They wouldn’t accept Procyon with fresh water rinse lol?

I like the siager sauce pre sprays he makes one called Siager’s sauce free and clear. Also the code red doesn’t have a scent

thank you for all your help. I ended up using green balance, it had a little smell, but it was good. Procyon couldn’t order due to long wait of shipping I really needed today. I went to Interlinksupply near me and they had this grean balance so I bought it. I tried it today and my customer is not really worried about the smell. He told me, he just worried about the employees that works there. They complain a lot. Green balance is ok. Heavily soiled areas, especially where the chairs are infront of the computer, green balance are not meant for that. I used my homemade mixing chemicals stuff. It worked great. This is my spotter since I started my business.
