How do you make sure that your jobs that are booked online aren't all over the dang place? I mean geographically, like I would like online booking option but if I have someone in a town 40 miles north of my town book and then the next time slot books 40 miles south it wouldn't be the greatest day. How do you guys do it?

I dont market in those places. My website clearly states where I service.

Every now and then I do get a strange booking and I call them to explain we don't service that area. No sweat. It brings in far more positive bookings than negatives.
Maybe it wouldn't be a good option for us, we service a wide area being we are rural. Our communities are all about 20-45 miles apart and we try to make a day out of servicing in each community.

Great I'm using HCP as well, maybe I'll turn it on for a while and try it. Do you have an office manager working your schedule or are you doing that yourself?
It's been a couple of months - did you turn it on? How many bookings did you get? What was your overall experience?

Love it, haven't gotten a ton of bookings but the ones that come through its nice getting the alert over the weekend or during night hours while I'm not working the phones. It's changed the way I communicate my pricing to clients as well. I was always measuring every room and charging by the ft, I switched to area pricing to fit the online booking site and it's working out well. Business is good love how HCP has streamlined our crm.
