I have had a Morton's Neuroma (AKA Intermetatarsal Neuroma) for several years now. I recently had been drinking a large amount of sodas and tea. I began to have a backache and decided to drink pure cranberry (Not the cranberry juice cocktail from the supermarket) that I got at Whole Foods. It is 100% Cranberry Not From Concentrate juice. I drank the cranberry juice for a few days. I noticed that my back felt better. Then I noticed that my foot that had hurt for years and that cortisone shots had not helped, was suddenly better.

I will say that you should not take this as medical advice. Since I am a carpet cleaner and do not have a license to practice medicine, you should seek the advice of a Medical Doctor for any medical need you may have.

With the above disclaimer in place, I will tell you that I was amazed at what I felt. My foot was no longer hurting and I am not using the pads in the insoles that the doctor sold me for $85.00. I can walk almost normally. I can still tell that there is a slight discomfort, but on a scale of 1 to 100 with 100 being the most intense pain I have felt in this foot as a result of the Morton's Neuroma, I would say that my pain is about a 5 on that scale. Before, it stayed at a constant level of about 30 on good days and 50-75 on the worst days with some peaks at the excruciating level of 95 to 100.

Thought I would share what has happened. If you have foot pain in the ball of your foot (or maybe other areas of your foot) try it and see if it works for you. The 100% cranberry juice has to be heavily sweetened with Splenda (I am diabetic) for me to be able to drink it. I drink it straight with only the sweetener added.

That's what I've been suffering with for the last 2 weeks.
Like really bad heel pain when I first wake up and start to walk on it. Then after I finish my day.

I've lagged it to go to my doctor, been to busy

I think I'm going to try this.

That is probably a bone spur or a stone bruise. Go to walmart and look for the heel cushions. It will take a while for that to heal. But, you could also try the Cranberry and see. I have also heard that Cherry juice, again, not from concentrate, will help with inflammation.

Sounds similar to Gout...uric acid crystals build up in joints (mainly big toe, ankle) rich foods, processed meats, heavy creams ect... can cause flair ups. Cranberry juice is recommended for folks that suffer from Gout. Gout is very painful, I have had a couple of episodes over the years.

It's been three months since my last Cortizone shot was actually calling the doctor tomorrow to go get another one my foots killing me. For while I was eating 2 cups of cherries every night my foot felt fine I haven't done it in two weeks. Just leaving my last job I stopped at target and bought 10 bags of frozen cherries going to start eating my cherries again tonight

The whole cherries actually helped a lot. Can't really find any open Whole Foods Markets tonight. And I had a hard time locating pure cherry juice or cranberry juice

And do some research on Splenda and artificial sweeteners. This settles in your joints as formaldehyde or something like that from what I read. You're better off with Steria or trivia sweeteners

Yep, the pure juice is hard to find. Most places only carry the cranberry juice cocktail. It has very little cranberry in it. Mostly water, sugar, and other juices.

Sounds like you have Plantar Fasciitis. It has been dogging me for months.
It is a real killer when you first get out if bed.
The juice might help as it is a natural anti-inflammatory. Do some research as stretching and other things can help.

I had a number of foot problems pop up last year. Not sure why. I had Morton's neuroma too in the left foot. Fortunately mine didn't last long. I sure knew it was there though!. Soon after I got plantar fasciitis in the right foot. I just used shoe inserts I bought at Walgreens. Those helped a lot. Later got plantar fasciitis in the other foot. Then to top it off I got the worst inflamation of the achilles tendon. It was so bad I could barely walk. Fortunately they've all cleared up. I still wear the inserts all the time. I found Ibuprofen helped a lot with the pain. Tylenol didn't touch it at all. Never had a single foot related problem all my life till last year.
