First Day on the job!

We've been building this van for months, all due to shipping mishaps from both of the suppliers we used for our water tank and vacuum reel. No need to put their names out there, things happen..


Anywho, the design turned out great and seems to be working flawlessly. We wanted to make the most of the space in this new van so we mounted a low profile reel onto the ceiling using steel angles for support, I also installed a handy new button to replace the reel switch that comes installed.

I will update this thread with pictures of the rest of the van as those portions get completed. We had to get this bad boy out to start making some money!

I got a real treat earlier this week - a rep came and showed me pics of a newly redesigned system they're getting ready to introduce. The ceiling-mounted reels are going to be on a track that runs the length of the van, so they can be slid out of the way for maintenance and then slid back into place for cleaning. You can even do chin-ups on 'em between jobs if you're so inclined (I'm thinking Camacho here, lol)...

Thanks, wait until we reveal the entire van setup. It's going to be one of the best setups out there. Very good use of the space we have. We also installed a rug rack for transporting rugs without them being in the way or just being tossed into the van. Custom built stainless steel shelving and a wall for hanging and mounting tools.

Bottom half of the van was also line-x with a nice metallic silver top coat.

Yes, we also made sure everything was easily accessible. We will also be adding quick drains/fill hoses for all oil parts.
