Finish mop vs. microfiber?

I have several of those rubbermaid handles like the one above. They are garbage for anything but small jobs. The velcro does not hold the applicator. If you are able to mop finish on fast, the cheap plastic handle, where it connects to the bottom, comes apart or twists. That bucket is great though.
For larger jobs, like a grocery store, etc.. finish mops and a mop bucket is the way to go. For small jobs like class rooms or offices, flat microfiber system cannot be beat. Much neater with less chance to splash or mop finish onto the base boards etc.. and you can "draw" straight lines with them too.

We use flat mop style now, took some getting used to but it's more efficient. Check out the bucketless mop systems out there. We love them

We've been considering switching over to microfiber flat mops from our current traditional mops. The main reasons are less water to be used resulting in floors drying quicker and less chance of slips/falls as well as microfiber mops removing more soil. Looking to see if anyone has used them and what have been your experience, good and bad?
