Fab set acid rinse and neutralizer

Question for everyone,I'm going to be cleaning the carpet in my bedroom yet again though this time after I apply the pre spray and such I was told to use this an acid rinse. I went to my local supplier and picked up a product called fab set acid rinse and neutralizer Just curious if the productis toxic to humans. While in use as well after when I sleep and such. Cheers

That product has been around for MANY years. If used according to directions you should not only have any health concerns, but your carpet should feel nice and soft, and residue-free after using it. That is really one of the main reasons for using it as your rinse. It greatly helps to remove all carpet cleaning and other left behind residues. The main 2 ingredients are citric acid used in lots of cleaning products and especially carpet rinses, browning solutions, etc., and glycolic acid used in some skin care products. Most cleaning products have some health concerns but are mainly precautionary. I would not advise you to drink Fab Set or splash it in your eyes. This goes for nearly all cleaning products though!!! If you simply mix according to directions you should not have any problems. If you really want to know more here is the msds and you can research some more. Again, this stuff has been around a long time and I've never once even heard of a problem with it. No health worries, but of course dont drink it, dont inhale it and please by all means dont snort it!!


But you can , post mist it prior to grooming the carpet if you dont have a means to run it through rinse.

I think I figured it out so happy I used the acid rinse as well rented a machine from Lowes. This is the before and after
