Extractor switches off the electricity !!! HELP !!!

Hi! I bought a Sandia portable extractor with a dual motor, heater, and 300 psi pump. Now when I plug in at a customer's house (to two different outlets in different rooms) - and turn on the heat - the power to the customer's house goes out. Please help me how to solve this problem? I can't use the generator.

find a 20 amp breaker. It's going to blow 15 amp breakers.

I have the exact same problem and I have a 12000 watt generator and it trips the gfci, I can’t run my mytee turbo heater because it trips the breakers

Don't use the heat in some homes. Just get hot water from the bathtub. Usually the brick homes have better plugs. The wood frame older homes have 15 amp plugs. Or just get a LX motor machine like the MyTee Breeze it has more powerful motors and could do a better job even without that Sandia Heat.
