Evolution wand

Hey guys so I had recently purchased A brand new six jet 2 inch evolution Wand, I’ve used these before and I’ve come across a problem that I’ve never had before. When I use the wand I clean at 400 psi, it seems like I’m only getting about 100 to 150 psi out of the wand. I’ve switch to different tools and they all work her usual what do you think the problem could be with the wand?

It’s brand new, it’s the first time I’ve used it. I suppose it’s still worth a look.

I have the same problem bud, literally scratching my head. Inline filters are clear etc?

I have a 2 jet wand like that.
The line from QC to manifold is 1/8" ID or 1/4" OD, Plastic.
1/8" ID restricts flow a lot.

One other thing that I have noticed, is that the Jets have been dripping. I know that’s normal, but it seems like it’s dripping way more than Usual

I had the same problem till I raised psi to 600-700.

I just looked at the line on my wand, It has righting, Parker Parflex...1/8 - 3000 psi.

Mine does too. I've seen HM wands with a different design of K valve on their wands. The one on my evolution wand came with the brass k valve that is on most standard wands...that I know of as standard anyway.

Your quick connect might be worn out, the jets too large for your pump or system, regulator worn out, bypass hung open, air in the system and I'm sure some others I don't remember.

Bad disconnect on wand. Jets and filter clogged, use welders tip to clean, bad defective brand new wand valve
