Hello everyone, tmf

I have a Etm setup on 80gal tank
Not happy with vacuum lift but it works.
4 vacuum motor 3 stage each
Im not sure on math what I should be gettin

Anybody have rough chart to go by?

Like
1 motors = 99 CFM and 112" = 15-20 ft hose
2 mt = 198 CFM AND 224” = 25-50 ft hose

Etc…

I got a vacuum gauge and cfm gauge coming in to see what readings I have.
Please standby for that

Also please any help, info, advice, anything would be greatly appreciated

Smaller tank. Whenever you lift your wand and set it back down. Your motors will need to remove all that air in the larger tank before lift will reach its limit again. It still will. Just slower then if your tank had 60 gallons of water already in it. Gas engine blowers dont have this problem on that size tank because they are gas powered and the blower is capable of higher cfms. Remember no matter the hose length, as long as its all sealed and no leaks the lift wont change.
Your motors look to be hooked up for best overall performance.


You can search through here for past threads. Theres a lot of them where guys built their own. You wont get many answers today because most of them are not on here anymore or are retired.

42” lift? You should have at least 180”. You likely have a hole in the tank or bad gaskets.

I haven't seen many ETM setups straight plumbed to a waste tank like that before. Typically I see a smaller tank with an APO, whether it be in the body of the ETM or connected to the front like a hydroforce in line filter/apo, and then that drains into a larger waste tank so your motors don't have to work so hard.

Open the lid on the waste tank and you will have the same problem. Too big a tank is the problem or a leak somewhere.

Vortex Lite, lots of power, pump out and 800 psi NO heat.
Janilink Premium 2, Heated with 220 psi. Good Power, lower price. Good to start out with.
