Hi all,

Hope all you people are doing well..

Not sure if this is the right forum to post this at.

Seeking advice and guidance where would be the best place to complete meth lab and forensic cleaning courses in the United States?

I from Australia.

Thank you all.

Sam.

Interlink Supply and Aramsco sponsor the Meth Clean-up course 4 or 5 locations each year. We also hold the trauma and crime scene cleaning course 6 to 8 times each year at different locations. You can see our entire schedule here - http://www.cvent.com/Events/Calendar/Calendar.aspx?cal=ab53c6cb-fee0-44a6-a384-c51a2a4b32c0

You can filter by class topic and/or location.

The Meth clean-up is also being taught by the Apple Environmental Group in New Zealand and Australia once per year.

Much more to meth clean-up now than just meth labs. Detection is able to tell where meth has been smoked in a room just one or two times. SOme cities and states require testing for presence of these residues before a home or apartment is sold or rented. Seems like 10%+ of all homes have detectable residues. Nearly 20% for apartments.

I think this will be a big market for cleaners as more locations decide to start testing.

Mate what other related courses you would recommend to complete with the meth lab cleaning?

Thank you Scott. Much appreciated

For work in the USA, I would also take the HEalth and Safety Course or the OSHA 10 hour safety course. This is specific to the USA when taught in the USA. I think there is a version of the class for Australia, but I don't know much about it.

The meth lab and trauma scene course taught through Interlink Supply and Aramsco are beginner and intermediate level. I think there is an advanced course taught by Don McNulty and American Bio-Clean company. But I don't know a lot about that course. I think it is 3 days long and costs about $1,000. You could probably track them down on-line and get more detailed and more accurate information.
