13 year old (builders grade) nylon. Gave it a good pre vac. Used Encapuclean DS with Maxim. Let each area dwell less then a mintue. Custy said those were pet stains. Said she used hydrogen peroxide to kill the smell. I couldn't smell anything!

Is it bleached out in the lower bottom areas, or is that the lighting?

So that's all only with the brush pro?

That's impressive.

I really want to learn more about the brush pro and that new CRB Jondon has now.

I'm doing some commercial more and more regularly and just picked up a quarterly account.

Do you have a link for the CRB from Jondon that you are talking about?

Keith, a couple of questions, please.
This is a residence, not an office?
How long where you there?
How big was the whole job and how much did you charge?
In this situation would you need the collection plates, renovators?
Does your company offer HWE?
residential townhome. 2 bedrooms and the hall took less then 15 minutes. i also cleaned a flight of stair, sofa and a chair. i used the renovators. they help collect animal hair and whatever may left after vacuuming. total bill was 308 before discount. i charge .34 sq ft.

How do you get in the corners, nooks, crsnnys and stairs?
extracted the stairs. a little towel work on the corners. you can get pretty close to the baseboards with the right side of the machine.

i haven't done one that bad yet, but i think it could do it.
Thanks for all your help. I see you are a new guy and making a contribution to TMF. Didn't get a chance to say welcome.

At this time I have a CRB machine, not a brush pro and a Kirby vac.
So I could pre-vac, CRB - pull up all the crap and hair etc., vac again - in place of renovators. Spray Encapuclean DS and CRB.
Thanks it, would be done?
Would it need a post vac? Or does homeowner understand this is part of the process?
You help is much appreciated.

i know that .34 sq ft sounds a bit much, but why not! i charge the same for extraction.

you could just pre vac then encap it if you don't have the renovators. any animal hair usually is in clumps and would be faster to pick up while grooming. i tell the customer that vacuuming when it's dry is the final step.
