Ask your bank.
I use Chase Bank. They have what are called associate cards. You can dictate the limits and where the cards are able to be used. You can also get on the Chase App and instantly raise or lower their limits if they need to make a purchase say at a supplier or for an emergency TM or van repair.

My lead techs all have a 100 dollar daily limit at any gas pump. (card will not work in the stores) with no other purchasing privileges unless I activate them on the app.
My operations manager has a 1000 daily limit that is good at any store or ATM, etc, etc. These expenses are automatically logged to my quickbooks account when they sync. with my bank account. Each card also shows up on a seperate account page so it is very easy to monitor expenses.

Gas card from your bank/preferred gas station brand and company accounts at supply houses. Typically for me everything is in stock at the shop so nobody has any need to go to a store for anything. If the van breaks down we just call in a credit card for the repair.

My bank has a direct deposit program I used to use. But it had fees.
About a year and a half ago I switched to using quickbooks for their payroll service and then use Zelle directly from my bank to pay the guys. Quickbooks makes their pay stubs available online and via email for the employees. No paper.
