I am a newbie, trying to start out in the industry. My question is which is better between electric or gas powered equipment. Which is user friendly? I Appreciate all opinions in advance.

Electric duct cleaning systems are meh ...I bought a system like your showing at one time when my gas unit was down for a while. They are heavy and not for one person long term. You'll dim the lights on older houses when powering up especially when house has glass fuses. At some houses with basements you'll find it barely fits especially on stairs with a turn. I spent much time cursing it up to the day I got my has unit back. It now sits on our shop floor and takes up space waiting for the day my real duct cleaning unit stops working.
If your serious about getting electric get a hypervac.
If gas and your one person get 6 inch hoses.
