My name is Garry and I have used truck mount forum as a resource since starting my business over a year ago however, this is my first post. I purchased this E1200 Portable manufactured by Esteam Cleaning Systems new when I started my business Stat Carpet Cleaning. For about the first 6 months of the business I used this unit along with low-moisture encapsulation cleaning on a part-time basis. I have since upgraded to a truck-mount system and kept the portable as a backup and for odd and end jobs. However, in 2016 I only used the unit a few times and decided it just doesn't make sense to hold onto the unit for this limited use. The unit has been used a total of 40-50 times and is in like-new condition. I am also including some pictures of the equipment. I would prefer to deal with someone local or willing to drive and pick-up the equipment in person so we can exchange equipment and money at the same time.
