Hey guys,

What would you suggest I do with this? The client said her kids were drawing on a piece of paper that got wet and leaked dye through onto the rug. All sounds a bit weird to me... another carpet cleaner has been with no luck removing the stain.

What products and method would you suggest? I was thinking a oxidiser, only issue is the rug is a Persian wool. I'm not keen on using a oxidiser on a Woolen rug.

Risky. I would pick up some pros choice 3 part wool red remover. Good luck and get a waiver signed.

If you try this, a mild reducer is safer. You could dilute RedZone REady 50/50 with distilled water or use the Pro's Choice Red Relief for Wool.

But understand that use of reducer or oxidizer on wool is tricky. You can do dmage to the rug without proper training.

I would suggest a trained rug expert.
