Does anyone have experience working with them? I’m about to go price 8 stores and would like to know if they pay a fair price or do they beat you up? Do you include the shelving in the square footage pricing?
Thanks in advance

Always include the shelving when pricing. It takes longer to go around them as apposed to them not being here.

What are you cleaning for them? I’ve done concrete cleaning out in front of their stores before.

To do this right you would need to have 2 people per night for 3 or 4 nights at 8 hours per night to strip floors and apply 3 coats of wax.
We did an appliance store and start at 7:30 last night and my guys didn't finish till 6:00 in the morning and they stripped about 2,500 sf.

Sounds about right. I usually run at about 300sqft an hour. 500 was my best on a big wide open area with a helper . I’d love to find a way to do it faster without cheating

Grab some of these at Sam’s Club . Work great doing the edges .

You’ll never mess with doodle bug pads again .
Leave the plastic guard on your pole scraper , stretch the pot scrubber some and scoot along where you want to clean .
You can stretch them to fit a doodle bug pad holder but they’re tough to get off once the strands get caught . If they clog up I just rinse them out in solution and keep going . Hope it helps .
All the Best , Ed
