Never used on commercial but for residential in my opinion you need some type of extraction. A Brush Pro just scrubs. In some cases you could get away with it but not many. For VLM after scrubbing with your Brush Pro you need to go over area with a cotton pad for extraction and drying. It makes a big difference. You would need a 175 rotary and cotton pads. Bonnet Pro has the best cotton pads for a 175. All his spotters and detergents work great also.

We use crb exclusively on a commercial account we have. We use dry sponges on tough spots and release it everywhere else. This was specified by customer. I like it, it has it's place.

Well...... So what I see about encap and crystallizing and post vaccum doesn't in fact work in residential just commercial???? So u need to still extract?? I bought it with some releasit wanting to use as a stand alone instead of using truckmount all the time?? On bad jobs we would still use truckmount...
