I picked up a couple used Aerotechs but my techs are used to built in back up cameras. So I plan on buying a couple because these things are huge. Anyone know a good brand? Do you run a back up camera?

VanTop makes a nice dash cam mirror that attaches to your existing oem mirror and can look forwards which I never use, backwards, both forward and backward or be turned off and can be used as a traditional mirror. What's nice is if you splice the rear camera into your reverse wires then every time you put your vehicle into reverse the mirror shows the backup camera in a wider angle for better coverage. I went with the 10" mirror and it just covers my oem mirror because the forward facing camera extends out to the left.

Nice. Appreciate that. I like the wide mirror.

I use a wireless one only to see over the trailer while backing it in. I dont really trust it. Its glitchy pausing for moments at a time. Its a cheap 100 dollar slamazon special though. I still only trust in the side mirrors. Maybe a wired version would be more trustworthy.

Yeah I definitely use my mirrors primarily but when I do use the reverse assist it's extra wide angle is pretty informative and since it's hard wired no glitches for under $100 @ the time
