Do I need heavy-duty floor stripper for tile in a house?

I lived in a condo with Mexican tile. I used Zep heavy-duty floor stripper to renovate a part of my Mexican tile. Then, I moved to a house that had new tile 1 year ago. Here is a picture of the tile.
It's dirty and I didn't have time to clean it.
Will I need my Zep heavy-duty floor stripper for the tiles in my house later? If yes, when? If no, can I put it in the trash?
