I'm a big fan of different massages but never tried this one. Sounds interesting.

i get a deep tissue massage twice a month usually involves "cupping". the plastic cups are put on muscles that wont release easily and use a steady suction to help release the muscle. before having it done, i would have cried BS on cupping but it has worked wonders for me on muscles that would not release otherwise.

I like body to body massage the most. Once I attended moderator edit in my business trip to Ukraine and it was unforgettable. Completely new experience for me, but I liked it! The masseuse did all work at the highest level.

Find a REAL yoga teacher and practice 30 minutes every morning. Real Yoga is not the YMCA crap nor is it the religious Chakra either.

They scientifically approach the human body and focus on joint alignment, muscle tissue and ligament/tendon stretching. Just because someone looks flexible doesn't mean they truly are, real yoga requires a deep awareness of your body relative to the spatial environment around you.

When I herniated 3 discs in my lower back and was told I needed surgery and bone fusion, I refused. Found a real yoga teacher, and healed my back naturally. Doctors were shocked and are amazed to this day I do physical labor with very little physical issues. Oh and play tennis, work on machines etc.

30 minutes every morning. Massages once a month are great too!

Drinking water, antioxidants, and Vitamin C will help with tight muscles. consuming foods with anti inflammatory ingredients and protein will also help. Going to the chiropractor and having deep tissue massage done will also help. Doing light work outs (outside of work)will also help you

Worst thing you can do!
Go in for therapy and leave with an STD! Why not just get your special girl (wife) to do this for you, or just go into therapy without the STD and high risk and save $$

Easiest thing is to do is drink plenty of water to avoid problems. Before starting the day stretching out wont hurt or should say helps avoid the hurt.

Assai.. juice has the highest anti oxidants
I had a chinese/Asian back massage one time....
Felt like a beat down from the Chinese secret police
Elbow knee the whole deal
I was so sore from the massage I forgot which part was sore before I went in
I now use a scrubber wave bed
That really works great

I really have to pay attention to my water intake. It’s so dry here, and I get so busy sometimes I forget to drink hardly anything all day. After a hard day I feel terrible. Gotta chug water.

I had similar issue a few months ago. One of my friends advised me to try physiotherapy here in Auckland, NZ. I attended a few sessions of manual therapy and my back pain gone. Their specialists helped me a lot, now I can say that physiotherapy really works!

Honestly, the best massage is. Especially after basketball training (for me). There is one massage salon in Kiev where professionally restores strength.
