I’m going to attempt some colour correcting sealer. Still not sure what kind of tile this is. It absolutely stained on top hence the drastically different appearance below the surfaceDoesnt look like scratches a spinner would make
Sure you didn’t clean the crud outa the hidden existing scratches exposing them.....
Anywho only remedy is smashing out existing scratched tile and replacing it....

Sorry that pic is extremely zoomed in. Scuff marks are probably done by the Teflon glide. They have a closet near the garage which hits the tiles and at first I thought paint spilled there as the whole top surface was white. It looks like an elephant was sitting on a bench and was slowly dragged along the tiles
A spinner would make circular type of marks
Or worse case scenario some grit/diamond/metal caught in the glide of the spinner and surely that would only leave a few small back and forth marks/scratches in a carpet wand type of scratch
Not huge gouges and a bunch of scuffing in the same direction ?
I know sometimes on rental vacate cleans that I do carpet and tile clean for PMs
The dirty tiles often have chips and scratches appear from under all the grease....
