It does not really matter how many jobs you get considering it is free to post. So only the occasional job makes it worth it if you have the time to do it. Once you have an ad (listing) completed it is just a matter of copying and pasting next time. Less then a minute.
You get price shoppers, but if you take the time to tell them about your service then they usually don't balk. My area charge is $35.00. So most jobs will be 3 rooms, my minimum, or small ticket. But, it also seems that when you show up, they see you and your equipment they will add in areas. For me a $150.00 job is well worth the effort, they become a referral source and again, you cant beat the price of the ad - free. I do NOT mention price in my listing as with ALL of my marketing materials.
A funny thing is when I post for a while, it seems I get nothing. They I feel its not worth it, stop posting, then get a call from an ad I posted weeks prior to that.
