Hey guys, just looking for some advice. I did some reaerching on some of the other postings on here but didn't find exactly what I wanted to know, so here goes.

I'm trying to get into the concrete cleaning business. I have a customer who letting me practice.
He has new sealed indoor concrete. It has lots of smudges from people walking on it. Doesn't want it polished just wants the smudged removed. It's already sealed so I don't think I need to reseal it yet, but maybe eventually.
I have a turbo hybrid, and a rotovac 360 already that I use for carpet.
Any advice on what tool be most efficient and what chemicals
Thank you!

I've used spinner with groutmaster a couple of times and it came out well.
I'm assuming the concrete is mechanically polished?
If it has a topical sealer then it's a different process.

I was considering this but will water cleaning remove all the smudges/streaks?
If it's a urethane finish that is scuffed then cleaning isn't going to fix it.
Test an area and see what happens.
Even if they rent a floor machine, they would still have to do the work.
I suspect it's stained concrete slab with a coating.

what's the best stuff to use to get a concrete walkway clean, pressure washer is struggling to get it shifted, any chemical that would shift it
