Commercial Tile and Grout Pricing?

Hey Guys,

Looking for some recommendations on pricing for tile and grout cleaning. I've got decent size job I need to bid for (3300 sqft) and haven't done commercial tile and grout yet. just houses. I was looking at the average being around $1.25 per sqft, but wasn't sure if that's right for the amount of space.

Any suggestions on pricing it out?

On larger commercial jobs pricing can really vary. A 3300 sq ft wide open area might take 3 hours while a 3300 square foot room filled with cubicles / offices / etc with a lot of edges and corners could take all day. The best way I’ve found to price commercial jobs is to figure out how long the job is going to take you and multiply that by the $$$ per hour you need to run your profitable business.
