Next time I will point out that if we clean the carpets it’s safer than eating at a restaurant with no mask. My question back will be “ma’am do you go out to eat”? If she says yes I’ll reply as above.

No. Simple answer. Fkn stupid people. Fwiw i dont want customers anywhere near me while im working either way. And if they are no where near me. Then according to science they cant get it right. And if they are vaccinated why do we have to be? They sound like the red flag customer anyway and best to avoid them regardless.

Haven’t had that but did have a women who’s daughter was” COVID conscious” and needed it done “tomorrow “ before she comes home from college.........I coulda done it but decided not to.........sounded like it would be a pain so let someone else deal with them...

That or "our normal technicians may not all be yet, I will check with some connections who work with us after we hang-up and send one of them if they are available and that's what you need. ALso, they are happy to wear properly fitted... " etc.
^ Consideration. We all know we don't actually need the shoe covers when we're backing-out while cleaning, but we often do it anyway.
Cleaners spraying boiling steam onto carpets wear masks for blood that's a week to several months old... This just isn't hard. Someone who has an immune or other health condition (up to and including who don't fit the "I got it, it was like a cold" vs. a "I/someone I know got it, nearly/actually died") is going to be reasonably paranoid.
Being in business long-term with loyal, repeat-customers is for many all about being highly conscious of those variations in reasoning and experience.
A $2-4 dollar mask (I splurged and bought 4 for $20 that are premo) is just not some awful bunch of chains nor an actual political symbol the way people make it out to be. Tribalism in America and politicization of everything aside. Anymore than the customers are oppressive or unreasonable because they may want some shoe covers.

Tell her you’ll take it after the human trials are competed in 2023. Also I would tell her how brave she is and thank her for testing new and potential dangerous vaccines before full theyre FDA approved.

Thanks to the "mutations" you'd have to get sick literally every year. They can't have anything such as "natural immunity" can they? They plan on making this an annual event due to those mutations. They have to have some way to keep the money train going don't they? No better way that to claim a new mutation every few months is there so that a new vaccine will have to be produced and given at least annually. Think of the MONEY involved! It will come to a point that anyone with a cell phone, tablet, or other device, will be able to confirm whether or not you've been vaccinated virtually anywhere on Earth. I believe it's already in the works in some areas. So, there's no such thing as a "one and done" or a "two and done" vaccine. Anyone who thinks that is clearly delusional. They have no intention of stopping this massive money train EVER! I've never been more convinced this whole thing was orchestrated with diabolical planning, accuracy and execution.

Actually my immune system is my natural immunity and the reason why I don’t get sick every single year is because the said immune system it’s healthy and robust enough to deal with new variants as the come up. here is something to think about, if the vaccine actually saved lives it would cost as much for a shot as insulin does. As with everything else that’s doesn’t cost anything, if it’s free you are the product.
