No, not at all. We will certainly hire religious staff if they can do their jobs but, we actively recruit non-religious workers as a policy. Federal EOCC laws don’t apply to business under 15 employees but we still follow the non-discrimination policies. This being said, secular, humanist and atheist employees are a great asset. Many, if not most of the Millennial applicants we receive have no religion and appreciate working for an organization that respects them.

We would hire anyone who can do their job, regardless of religious belief. Doesn’t that line of reasoning apply to anyone including the disabled or by any gender, race or age?
