This has been a topic that a lot of people have been discussing lately.

Attached to this thread is a generic Client Checklist that can be used if you want. I've also posted it to the "Resource" section of the board. That way, even when this thread gets pushed down you all will still be able to get your hands onto it.

I am sorry Randy I don't use Microsoft for my Client Checklist. Please send me a private message of changes that you would like, your logo, and I will redesign it for your company later this week.
