So as ive been looking into getting power washing services added ive stumbled on a local contractor that installs that Eco rubber over cracked/old cement driveways and walkways.

Is this a direct competitor to powerwashing or could we wash it as well? Id almost think any kind of pressure would probably tear it apart, perhaps a softwash? Or does this kind of material basic remove that customer from the local pool?

Manufacturers are deliberately vague on what constitutes "proper cleaning and maintenance" on these products (because most of them also offer paid maintenance programs upon installation, heh).

So if we were to look at similar products in the patio paver category, which are designed more for private traffic and homeowner maintenance, we could likely use those directions safelym (since the rubber sidewalk will likely be much heavier-duty than Average Joe Schmoe's rubberized backyard pavers, any treatment that's safe for the pavers should be safe for the sidewalk.)

Most rubber patio tile products recommend dry soil removal first and foremost, followed by soft washes (NO ACIDS) and only light pressure washing.

Jeff @Blacktiedetailing just cleaned a rubber gym floor yesterday. Maybe he can tell his exact process. He sent me this video while on the job.
