Carpet Over Foam Gymnastics Floor

I had a call for a quote today. It's a gymnastics studio with a thick foam mats that have an impregnated carpet finish. He says they have been wand cleaned before. How would you clean them? I"m a bit worried about the impregnated carpet coming apart from the foam. It's 42 x 42? I was thinking .15 a sf? Temps? Solutions? Wand or Bonzer?

It’s just bouncy carpet
Clean as per normal
I just wouldn’t scrub it
Cleaned with my normal prespray and Mytee Bentley wand
At full temp on my SS370
