Water is always getting thru it. So if you get heat it's working. Could be air pump for exhaust too. I've read here some people installed new one and got more heat. But it's a $250 part I think.

Is that the flying sauser thing in the back that has a little suction
Outlet coming out of it.?
My next thing is to replace thermal relief valve on waterbox..
That's not too expensive if it works.
Heat seems to build up but then the more I use the wand it drops down to about 140 .
This thing is always run at least at above 200 so it's pissing me off
But yet at the one it's hot enough for I can't even grab the quick connect so maybe my temperature gauge is off
I noticed when I follow my temperature gauge back to the left underneath there's a wire that goes into a round housing
Has some scale built up around..
Not sure if effecting temperatue

That's the one. Is truckmount getting full faster than usual? If so it's pulling alot of water thru water box sensor. I was thinking the same about the gauge on mine. Seems mine goes higher at times then other times stays at 140 but I run my pressure higher than most.

Take out the temperature sensor and clean it and put it back. Then check temperature.
