HI Sorry..I didn't see additional posts on this.
Yes it was a loose wire in the relay switch.I moved the ground wires and noticed a difference
In idling when running machine without holding overide.
At first we thought it was ground
Wires but I cleaned those and reattached them and still nothing.
I then wiggled wires on relay and
Sure enough the orange and white one came right out of the
Plug.
So I spliced it on new plug and plugged in to relay and voila..stayed running.
Such a simple fix that took me a week to find!
Also thanks to Ara and mrg.mrg for taking the time to help the problem.

Nice..
I'm trying to figure Lately my heat is only going to 180
I took top part by pass solenoid out a
And cleaned it,took HE out and descaled them
Took y strainer screen out checked it.
Descaled this weekend
The only thing thing I noticed when I plug up vacuum inlet
Wth my hand I put my hand on ball valve where waste water comes out of I feel suction build
On inlet.Maybe time to change out ball valve or cap it somehow

Maybe it's got dirt build up on valve. As for the heat maybe it's by passing too much water from water box into waste tank. Or have you checked if your engine exhaust heat exchanger is getting water thru it?

So when I have the machine running I have it in heat exchange mode of course
But if I'm not mistaken if I put an exhaust know that I'm not really running it with water it's mainly just to suck up water.
So how would I determine this

If you have it diverted the exhaust won't go thru it, so you should see a drop in temp
