Hi Mike, good to hear from you! The easiest way to "increase volume of sales"? Raise your prices NOW! (Check out #6 in the list.) Seriously!
NOTE: And DO NOT tell me "I'm already the highest priced in my area." This means nothing. I always reply, "In the nation of the blind the one-eyed man will be king!" Don't let your marginal competition serve as your "pricing consultants".

PS Too many cleaners are scared of losing customer if they "charge more". HERE is what I shared with an Arkansas carpet cleaner. And HERE is how to answer when your customer says, "Isn't that more than you charged me last time?" (Don't worry too much since most people can't remember how much they paid you!)
