Hello I have a 2009 Butler system and when I press the speed control into mach 1 (first click) nothing changes but when I fully press the button to mach 2 it jumps up and the vacuum starts sucking more and the Rpms stay about 4 or 5 hundred too high...could bad belts cause This? They seem loose and worn.
