I think drinking as a minor (under 18 years old) is against the law in all parts of the USA. for both male and female. and yet both are in high level jobs.

Drinking alcohol as a minor leads to sex, if both are at a illegal under age (non-supervised, ect.) alcohol party, sex happens, so does fighting, accidents, teen pregnancy and death.



The woman Christine Blasey Ford, a professor at Palo Alto University in California, who had accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her during a high-school party more than three decades ago reluctantly came out of the shadows on Sunday to help kill Brett's nomination to supreme court, but she is just as guilty as Brett for breaking laws in high school.

Nasty bit, Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein engineered the rape / assault to Brett Kavanaugh's supreme court nomination and the USA with out proper court guild lines...

WASHINGTON – Julie Swetnick, a client of attorney Michael Avenatti, alleged in a signed statement released Wednesday that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh would drink to excess and "engage in abusive behavior" toward teenage girls while he was in high school.

In an explosive statement released by Avenatti, Swetnick claimed that in the 1980s, she witnessed efforts by Kavanaugh and his classmate, Mark Judge, to get teenage girls "inebriated and disoriented so they could then be 'gang raped' in a side room or bedroom by a 'train' of numerous boys."

"I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their 'turn' with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh," she alleged in the statement, naming Kavanaugh's high school classmate.

Swetnick alleged she became one of the victims of "one of these 'gang' or 'train' rapes." She did not say that Kavanaugh or Judge had sexually assaulted her.

so let me get this straight. According to press reports....

The first woman names three people that can confirm her story, but none of the three know anything about it.

The second woman kinda recalls the incident but admits she was drunk when it happened and after thinking about it with her attorney can all of a sudden recall all the details

The third woman says she went to a lot of parties where girls were gang raped. If she knew this, why did she continue going to these parties?

Not saying they are lie, but really?

Elizabeth Rasor, a former girlfriend of Brett Kavanaugh's high school friend Mark Judge, said on Wednesday that she's willing to speak with the FBI about her claim that Judge told her about having group sex with a drunk woman in high school.

Judge is alleged by Christine Blasey Ford to have been in the room when Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her at a house party in the early 1980s.

A third woman, Julie Swetnick, came forward on Wednesday with sexual misconduct allegations against both Kavanaugh and Judge that prompted renewed attention around Rasor's claims.

In a sworn declaration made public on Wednesday by attorney Michael Avenatti, Swetnick said Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge engaged in "abusive and physically aggressive behavior toward girls" at house parties in high school in the early 1980s.

Swetnick, a 55-year-old Washington resident, said Kavanaugh and Judge helped the teenage girls become "inebriated and disoriented so they could then be 'gang raped' in a side room or bedroom by a 'train' of numerous boys" during the parties.

"I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their 'turn' with a girl inside the room," she said. "These boys included Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge."

Swetnick also alleged that Kavanaugh and Judge were present when she was "gang raped" at a party in 1982, during which she believes she was drugged with a sedative. Suppose a man had a million dollars in the bank and it became public. Then a few people who knew the man in high school 35 years ago made claim saying it was theirs. They hired lawyers and politicians to make their claim. Yet he vaguely knew them all. So I ask, who has the burden of proving it is their money, the man who has the million or those making later claims?
