So I got called to try and remove a spot from a white carpet, it is one of those geeez able ice packs, it leaked and made a 6"x6" blue spot on their carpet, any suggestions?

Also the lady says everytime the carpets get cleaned all the spots return after a week? Any ideas?

That blue ice does not always come out. It depends if the carpet has been protected recently. So, it is a good time to show your client the value of a good protector with an acid dye resistor like Maxim Advanced.

Clean first and flush out what you can. Allow some time to dry. The stain removal process works better on dry carpet.

Use a solvent cleaner to remove the solvent portions of the stain. I suggest All Solv Extreme. When you stop getting anything out with the All Solv Extreme, then apply StainZONE or Stain Magic. Use fresh product. Apply liberally. Give it time to work.
