Blower Locked up in Kansas City! Help!

Hey I was reaching out to see if there is anyone that can help with a few repairs on my el Diablo Truckmount. My rinse is not working and my machine has been sitting for about 3 months, and so my blower is locked up. Needing some help will compensate.

I had my machine worked on at full circle in Kansas City, the bypassed some things and now my rinse is not working.

We went to Northern Tool (could go to Harbor Freight too) and bought a jumbo pipe wrench. You may or may not have to remove the belts. Spray some PB Blaster in the blower port and a simple 1/4" twist and she will be unlocked. Make sure you PB Blaster at end each day and again if you are going to store it.

Ok. Do I have to remove the love joy and such? I’m not that good a mechanic, that’s why I have not done so already.

Nope, just give it a turn and if you can get it around the pulley of the love joy even better. Take 5 minutes!

yup giant pipe wrench..........I think I paid 23 bucks for ours at harbour freight. Do not think you can do it with a smaller one or the cheaper one. You need the wrench that is nearly 3 feet long.

Its come in handy for other projects as well so money well spent.
