Yeah a rat nasty is usually dark brown or a black carpet full of dirt and etc etc... look at some of the jobs @jtsunbrite and a lot of the other guys on here do.

For that to be the "nasty" carpet is a positive testament to your marketing skill. You have great customers who like clean carpet and don't let the carpet get trashed.

It is the final result that counts, not where you started. Looks great.

I never said rat nasty! The big brown stain is dog excrement that the renter left for the owner.
I don’t know about you, but I think dog excrement is nasty!!
