hey @Ymetimme do you approach your commercial clients and get their business that way or do they typically contact you?

my 2019 resolution is to step up our commercial game big time, my goal is to get at least 4 big accounts.
Years ago I use to have to solicit their business but now everything's by word of mouth I mean shoot I hardly have working website and we don't have any phone book ads. We've been at this for 22 years are reputation as our advertising

The starting out we did it all from television to knocking on doors.

I still feel residential is where the best money is... but adding commercial once residential is on point is $$$$
Yes commercial does Payless per square foot. So you need to learn how to clean more square foot faster. For example rotovac wide tracks And rx20s become a necessity. I mean shoot even a standard rotovac will a 15 inch head.
Learning how to encap properly is critical!!!
Commercial customers want the maintenance program they love the idea of the carpets never getting dirty.
You don't have to get complicated as a floor machine is really all you need for encaping

Here's the way I recommend approaching it first time through always hwe. then set them up on a maintenance schedule with encapping.
