Man I'm sorry. if I was there I'd be helping you out. I definitely know what it's like to be slammed
The client were cleaning for now is maybe our kindness one. She actually said if we couldn’t clean do to the snow she’d drive the 4 hrs up here to get it done. And she meant it not in a sarcastic way. She’s one of the few that actually cares. I like working for her.

It's so awesome to work for people like that. And honestly most customers that way make it worth working for some of the bad ones

Crazy day.... both vehicles wouldn’t start this AM because of the negative temps. Working all day and night, after I got off the phone with you I realized I must of lost my debit card in the snow at my last job and have no clue where it is. My wife is getting crabby don’t blame her it’s been a long long day. 12 hrs, and we still have prob 6 more to go. I’m trying to tell her let’s face it tomorrow.

She actually is the only client we have that believes in high wages. She pays us $180 to clean her VRBO whole most are $40 or more less. Should add, some residential clients leave us tips but no Airbnb VRBO clients ever do, but she does. Every so often we will come to clean and she puts a envelope in the closet. :)

My word you guys are so slow I don't even know how you do anything I used to bonnet (had 29,000 of carpet) clean it hospital from top to bottom in my 10 hour shift I wasn't even working hard. Lol

So if I bust my butt with my rx20 you act like it's impossible to do 40,000 in 38 hours. I think you just need to learn how to work lol

Dang I have three office cleaning accounts
That are over 30,000 square-foot I have little old ladies cleaning and vacuum they're only there 5 to 6 hours. And they spend two to three hours longer than the previous people lol

Me shoot my 76 year old daddy his 3 acre he rake it by hand in a day removing the rocks

Oh and turf cleaning is considerably harder than carpet cleaning. I mean shoot they have entire trucks devoted to it.

How in the world do you pay your bills
cleaning 40,000 sq feet in 38 hours is about 1000 sq feet an hour...thats obtainable......

it would be difficult to work 38 hours in 2 days.......
but not impossible.....

most commercial jobs should be about 1000 sq. feet an hour.....wo moving furniture.....even hotels.......

new years day was big for us... 3800 sqft house, 2 showers, kitchen tile counters and floor.. plus entire house was carpet literally except the shower pans and kitchen floor lol.

really thick, really really bright white nylon from 1990 that was absolutely trashed so the whole 3600sq ft of carpet was restoration.

was kicking myself for not having a vapor steamer so we could be doing carpets and tile at the same time.

TNT was running 10hrs straight, house was way outside the city but looked like a cocaine palace.. white everything with black marble

hey @Ymetimme do you approach your commercial clients and get their business that way or do they typically contact you?

my 2019 resolution is to step up our commercial game big time, my goal is to get at least 4 big accounts.
That’s a goal of mine too. I’m fed up with nickel and dime stuff already. I want to cash in on some of these few thousand $ jobs!
