If I price up $200 an hr at 8hr days 5 daw its $8000 and if I price up . 50 sq ft it’s $8000
Sounds like you got a price then.

Honestly I was thinking 0.50 a foot sounded low for all the work being done, but when you show $200 an hour coming out to the same price, its actually pretty good. Even if you have to pay like $60 an hour for labor, you're left with a pretty good chunk for materials and then you should be pulling $100 an hour.

I got my price I just got to present it at .50sq ft so they don’t push me to hurry and they have a set price

I like the sq footage better than the per hour. If you change per hour they think you are getting lawyer rates. When in reality you have a lot of expenses that come out of the $200.
Yup and people freak out when your charging by the hour because they don’t know how much it going to cost or they rush you to save money and I don’t do a half ass jobs

I got it but didn’t budge on the .50sq ft it end up .35sq ft but it gonna be half the labor I had figured no out side window no office furniture no major dry wall dust I think I will still come out 150 to 175 hr I let y’all know when I’m done
