$150 for counter top
$1500 for shower.
3 days no use prior to service to dry out some.
Day of service remove all grout & silicone and assess the floor pan.
Tell the customer before starting that if you encounter excess moisture then you will have to leave it un grouted for 7-10 days to dry out properly.
Then return and regrout.
I offer free sealer with any shower renovation.
Pistol what would you estimate for this , i love your pricing.

Wow, I haven't seen a whole slate shower down here.
Is that mold?
Looks like water hardness too?
I would be looking at $200 - $300 to clean with spinner using GM followed by acid if it's water hardness too.

Another $150 to seal it all.

If they want the glass partitions cleaned then it's another $150.
(If the glass is etched it won't ever be like new.)
If the clear silicone needs replacing around the glass then add another $100.
So $600-$700. 3 hours +/-

I always use gundlach impregnating sealer because it has mildewcide built in.

As far as pricing goes, I've arrived at my price. I don't care anymore what anyone else charges.
I did a shower renovation today. $750, done in 5 hours. Grout replacement, caulk replacement, removed the doors and cleaned & resealed the track.
It was an easy one though
