I agree, ill take commercial carpet cleaning pad capping any day. The only reason i would look at a nice featured rotary i do hotel common areas carpet cleaning at nite. so Quiet is important. I use the cimex for those evening jobs.

Peter had some fun today with Phoenix and DS2

This is the first Commercial I have done since April

Been doing all residential

June has been very good for me $$$$$



2 hours and 15 minutes of FUN

They had everything moved and ready when I got there

I do this Business and his home every year

I used 6 Gallons at 5 oz of DS2 - 30 oz total of DS2 that's about $12 Dollars

It was only about 2 miles from my house so lets say $5 in gas

I used some spotters and bring my own water

So it cost me about $20 dollars to do that job

Huge Profits with VLM

L.ooks great i have been doing mostly commercial cleaning now, long time residential i will still clean for but have been turning new people away. Still doing rugs in my shop. Have some rat nasty apts. to do just ordered a case of Angry Lemon to try Housing Authority Apts commercial carpets

I do one Apartment Complex but they replace anything nasty

It has about 450 Apts

A lot of times the carpet is only 1-3 years old in good shape, with no stains, but carpet must be cleaned to pass Township Inspection

Apt is already vacuumed. All I gotta do is clean

Tried out Angry Lemon this commercial carpets traffic lanes were Black ground in dirt.. My job was not only easy but saved my client replacement. Work master Vacuum Vibe 4 gals. at 2oz. per gal. of Angry lemon. no pics but will next time

I use Vacaway Grease Hawg if I want high ph (12) at 4 oz and add some Detonator if needed

I only use it on trashed unoccupied rentals



Angry Lemon is a 12 ph at 4 oz crystallizing encap like Vacaway Commercial Magic

I have some Commercial Magic but only used it once

This is a move in on what looks like 30 year old nylon.

Had a lot of wear in hallways and in front of furniture

That is the Living Room



I used Bonnet Pro Omega Citrus and powdered clo2



I used Orbot SprayBorg without sprayer and 15'' CRB

Oreck Orbiter for Bedroom closets

Stepson and 10'' CRB for stairway



Red Bristle driver makes Orbot much more aggressive and digs deeper.

All areas were already vacuumed

So I used Crystal Dry Extra (Green Seal Certified) and Trinity Phoenix with Microfiber/Scrub Strips

George, knowing how gross daycares can get would you bonnet clean them? I usually pass because they usually won’t pay my price to HWE them but I could make it be worth doing with a Cimex scrub and bonnet extract just don’t know if it would be safe for babies crawling around

HWE leaves dirty water and detergent residue in carpet

Your not removing 100% with HWE either
