When I'm doing pet odor jobs now

I use Encapacide with CLO2 to clean

Then after the cleaning I spray down CLO2 and CRB in

I tell customers it won't do anything for what's in the padding and floors

It's just for carpet fibers down to the backing

And yes I talk too customers about pad replacement and ways to treat pet odor in the padding and floors but tell them I don't do that. They would need to hire another company

Being honest with customers before you start is a must

Peter I got a problem. I got a call from a customer I did last week. He said the carpet is stiff. Vacuuming didn't help. He said the groom lines won't come out.

Remember a few pages back I mentioned some crystallizers leaving Residential carpet stiff and crunchy and that's what has happened

Carpet is 20 Year old blue nylon

I used Vacaway Formula 357 a crystallizer at 5 oz

This wouldn't have happened if I would has used SuperCap

SuperCap leaves carpet nice and soft

Luckily I only did One Bedroom. Their son moved out and there was no furniture in room

I going tomorrow to fix

First time in 30 years this has happened to me. A call back for stiff carpet

I'm sure I can fix it but what are your suggestions for correcting this problem ???

i would apply a rinse and groom. This type of encap problem makes no soap Carpet Details shine. Will be using to clean wood floors today apt. turn over.My son cleans a RYDER truck terminal 2x aweek.I gave him Carpet Details to try on cleaning vct tile floors 4oz. to a gallon hot water the grease traffic lanes are thick of build up he said it cleaned up easier than his high ph product and he liked not having to rinse after NO residue.Using Carpet Details for my general cleaner. My few drops in a plastic cup showed me the encap.

I would also, I did a one bedroom apt. today . My sons apt. turn over cleaning business I got to try carpet details on a pet urine spot ( dog ) 4 oz. to a gallon using distilled water applied heavy and about 1/2 hr. dwell time it removed the yellowish brown stain . Tomorrow i have a condo thats going on the market have been told very dirty and stains thru out i will make up 1 distilled gal. 8 oz. of carpet details for the stains . Will use 4oz. for the carpet cleaner mix. Son did clean the wood floors with 2oz. of carpet details before applying a wood floor polish to his turnover. He now wants to start using for his general cleaner instead of a degreaser.

I went to fix the carpet that I thought was supposed to be stiff today

But the carpet was not stiff

They didn't like the triangular blue and white grooming marks

She said she didn't like the way the carpet looked as soon as she saw it after I cleaned it

What they didn't understand until I showed them is that the carpet has a dark side and a light side.

One side was kinda white and the other side was blue.

I told them it would even out in a few days from walking on it

She said she vacuumed the carpet and it didn't help

But I was polite and lightly cleaned carpet again with Carpet Details and groomed the carpet all in one direction

But in my opinion it looked much better when it had the blue white triangular groom marks

I hear you loud and clear . I will get a call at least once a year Mrs. Phiffalten and will return to explain shaddows are the spots in the carpet. Just got my basic releasit and love the orange scent im sure it will please my clients. Doing that medical offices Sunday and will try out. Basic. Did the condo and it was the contractor Blond color nylon carpet very popular up here. The realtor told them to call me to clean the carpet before she starts showing the place was empty and alot of spots. Carpet Details at 6oz. per gal. cleaned it up very good took more time vacuuming. Used the Hawk 17 in. Glide rotary i was on the second floor No orbital thumping for the people below LOL Used the blue fiber pad for agitation followed with the ironman for extraction i should of had my 20in Brush Pro.

I'm not buying a MiniMax but have you seen the MiniMax Terminator ???

I must admit I'm having urges but I'm not buying

I bought too much last Year

And I already bought a 20'' Trio this Year

So no more TOYS for me this Year

But that Terminator really looks nice

I bet the price will be at least $5000 plus shipping tax and 3% for a Credit Card

Been seeing the build and looks like the best rotary out there. My birthday is this month and really thinking of ordering before the April 1st price hike. I can use the veteran discount no 3% for using the card. Im interested in the minni not the terminator although the stair climing wheels look like the ticket. Thinking of driving down to PA to meet John to pick up the rotary instead of shipping the month of March has always been my slow month. How far away are you?

March is the time to buy $3995 minus 3% for military discount

But your probably 7-9 hours from Bonnet Pro. I guess

He is in Central Pa I believe

Shipping would probably be about $200

You might be better off just getting it shipped so you don't have to drive 7-9 hours plus gas

I guess I'm 2-3 hours from Bonnet Pro

Hoping the phone starts ringing up here, have had no slack in the commercial dept.

Don't even get me started talking about a Trinity Freedom again. I HATED that POS. I spent $2495 for a Freedom

I only used it maybe 10 times mostly for First Floor Commercial with concrete floors

It collected dust for about 5 Years until I found a sucker on craigslist to buy it but I did warn him about the machine but he still bought

It was unusable for residential. Too VIOLENT

I used it one time when I first bought it on a 3rd Floor Condo. It was a unoccupied Rental I did for a Realtor. The whole building was shaking ... lol

I was expecting someone from the second floor to come up and scream at me

Freedom was a POS !!!

John G is gone now and the New Owners sell excellent OP Machines

Odyssey is 14'' and Freedom was 17''

I LOVE my Odyssey

I have two. I bought one in 2021 and another in 2022

Odyssey is my most used OP for Residential
