Peter that Trio is beautiful

20'' Trio coupled with a 20'' Lindhaus Vacuum should speed commercial cleaning up

Don't have any commercial lined up but it's ready when needed

It came with the Grey Medium Brushes and I bought the Black Stiff Brushes from Whittaker

Trio can be used to scrub trashed commercial before going over it with Phoenix or on lightly soiled commercial one step straight encap can be used

Whittaker has been in business for 62 Years
Everything Whittaker is well built
Encaps are excellent
I don't like their 2 Brush CRB because it has no trays

Trio is true Low Moisture Cleaning. The big advantage of the Trio over a Cimex is ...

It uses very little water. Just a fine spray in front of three brushes and of course the weight helps. 20'' is 75 pounds plus water weight on top of three brushes

I had a Cimex. Bought it new. That was about 7-8 Years ago. Used it once, and sold it. Scrubs great but it's too big, and uses too much water. It's not Low Moisture Cleaning. In my opinion. The one time I used it most of the coffee stains came back. Of course it was my first time but still I didn't like it

19'' Cimex cost me about $3000 with the Big Wheel Kit. I sold it for $2100. I lost around $900 but I didn't like it

Today a 19'' Cimex and Big Wheel Kit would be about $4000

I messed up that sentence. It should say ...

Economy is going to get worse not better but I had a good year last year because I'm VLM

Switching from HWE to VLM in 2019 was a good decision

I did ok for January this year but February is DEAD

Not much work but weather has been beautiful. No snow and most days in the 40s

I've been going to the gym almost everyday

It keeps me in shape so I can continue do this work without a helper. People don't want you in their house or business all day. You gotta be able to work fast and still do good work

I am working alone too. Once and a while i'll use a helper. If not for commercial i would be watching As The World Turns LOL. Have an estimate a Doctors office
Did you get the Doctors Office

I guess you would use Mytee OP for that

Definitely consider Whittaker Encaps

Whittaker Encaps have No Odor, Green Certified, Crystallize, and CLEAN

But I never used Whittaker on anything bad or heavily soiled but I doubt a Doctors Office would heavily soiled

i will use either the hawk rotary glide or the vibe . I am estimating the medical offices this Tues. The Mytee echo 17 in. took the place of the Grumpy LOL. I have been using Carpet Details and having good results super super Green. I will look at Whittakers Encaps.

Carpet Details ???

Every time we talk about encaps your using something different ... lol

I've heard of Carpet Details but know nothing about it

For Commercial I only use Excellent Supply or Whittaker

Both Product Lines are made specially for cleaning Commercial Carpet

Carpet Details sounds real good but it's a powder and I don't like Powders

But Powders are more profitable

It's only Monday but I only have 2 jobs this week

A house used as a rental and a house for sale

That's it !!!

Couldn"t agree more about powders they can be a pain in the ass to mix. Now i use a small paddle drill bit that fits the 5 gal . jug cap opening. No more Freezing temps to think about. My next trashed traffic lane to clean i am mixing carpet details with distilled water to see if it makes a difference.

Hey Peter I ordered a One Pound Carpet Details and tried it on my Apt Complex and liked it so I ordered a Five Pound and I got TMF Green Label

I used Green Label last Year and liked it but since it was a Powder I only used the One Jar

But I tried your idea and got some Drill Paddles for easier mixing

I got a Big Paddle and a Small Paddle to fit in Jugs

So now I guess I will be using Powders more often on Residential

But I don't use them on any of the difficult jobs

SuperCap is my go to for anything heavily soiled

Both Carpet Details and Green Label mix very easy

Thats funny Today i just ordered excellent supply ( Basic Release it ) to try and use for commercial hallways apt. buildings. I use Carpet Details for my Green Cleaning and upholstery. I like the fact that you can pre spray the whole job and run warm water thru the tank for rinsing and it is an encap with No Soap residue. $108.53 Plus 23.00 for shipping for Basic Release it, a case . This summer i made up carpet details 4 oz. to a gal. And bonnet pro, Revive it Powder 4 oz. to a gal. both helpers liked carpet direct. This Sunday i have a medical building offices and hallways to try Basic re lease it its everything DS2 cleaning except the built in protector.

Basic Releasit ???

Like I said. Every time we talk encaps your using something different

I did a bad rental today and a bad rental last week. I used Vacaway Grease Hawg at 4 oz and Detonator at 4oz. and WOW. They turned out beautiful but it takes a lot of bonnets and a long time getting trashed carpet clean with VLM

I only use Grease Hawg on trashed unoccupied rentals. It has a high ph but it cleans really good

Tomorrow I will be using Vacaway Encapacide on a doggie odor carpet

I'm mostly all Vacaway and some TMF now for Residential and Rentals

Haven't been using any Bonnet Pro

I'm glad I bought that Vibe TL. It's a nice smooth quiet machine. On these trashed Rentals I'm using two weights on both sides and of course the malish driver

George figured i would try release it ( Basic) for my commercial accounts I used release it ds2 for years. Then used bonnet pro, hot water i used procyon reg and then extreme. I have tried a few products from encap store. Now carpet details for my all around cleaner residential and commercial and rugs for Green cleaning. Release it Basic for commercial hall ways and open areas if it cleans as ds2 does. $ 108.53 a case ill buy all day long. Excellent Supply priced it for the down turn economy. I use 2 weights ea. side on the Vibe and sprayborge i find they clean faster. I vacuum, pre-spray, brush pro cbr, sometimes use a fiber pad then extract using either glad pads or ironmans . Clo2 is my go to for odor removal it just works and sanitizies.
