I'm also looking for a good encap that doesn't have a strong odor.
I like Matrix double strength but the odor is overwhelming

I use encapuclean green DS with maxxum. I've been using long enough that I can't smell it anymore. But I have people walk by and say "That smells clean"...all the time. The protectant does help on the reoccurring CGD jobs.

Works best if agitation happens as soon as spray hits the floor...

No, but id go there if it were rat nasty. With that new tank of yours I'd mix it light, just cause I feel like it would over wet it...

I didn't even know he sold encap till I saw his Facebook page. I'll have to get some to try out.
