Best CRM for 2020

I am looking into purchasing some type of CRM for my business. Mostly for following up with customers, sending out reminder emails, and sending out promotional emails to customers. What CRM's would you guys recommend? What have you used in the past or what do you currently use?

House call is great until they are having server issues on their end. They seem to have fixed it because it hasn't happened in weeks

Was really annoying when it wasn't loaded lots of people complaining and they didn't offer any solutions

I havent had any server issues with Housecall Pro and it is by far the best system out there.

It was getting really bad for us, others in the facebook groups were having the same problems. Basically it spins the wheel and never loads.

Seems to be fixed now, hasn't happened in at least 3 weeks

I'm a new company and have been really enjoying HouseCallPro. They even waived the initial fee for me and the pricing is reasonable. Just talk to the salesperson on the phone.
