How did the best industry prespray/rinse come about? It was actually a mistake. I asked my chemist to make a detergent style prespray since it has been been hyped up by an internet salesman. Upon inspection he asked why I handed him a laundry powder with optical brighteners in it. Anyhow he went to work on the prespray, at least so I thought.

He comes back to me and says “Rob I made the best rinse ever made”. I said “I asked for a prespray”. He said “you said detergent”. I said “no it would be a prespray based off of detergent rinses”.

I said that’s ok maybe I can use it one day. Meanwhile he went on to tell me that he made it a Powder, almost Neutral (7.8), used essential oil, non resoiling, softeners, crystal encap capable, powerful surfactant and one secret ingredient.

The results and reviews have been nothing but raving cleaners and clients. Here is a product that will clean where you don't prepspray (under furniture & outside of traffic patterns of example. It can even be used as a stand alone cleaner. Works on polyesters, olefins, nylon and even wool! Plus being a low ph it won't harm the protector so you don't have to worry about voiding your clients carpet warranty. They say the carpets come clean extremely easy, feel very soft when dry and that women love the light Honeysuckle Spice essential fragrance.

Who would of thought that the best rinse I have ever used was made by mistake. And I never would have known if I hadn’t of gone out to do an over run job in the pictures. Can’t hardly make it fast enough now. On top of it our chemist went ahead and made a prespray with some of the components of the rinse and Rob Secret Formula. Then we blended Groutmaster & Pure02 at just the right amount. All this and the prespray is still under 10ph (9ph) so no danger in voiding warranties but will give you that bump you need on rat nasty's or filthy traffic lanes. We call it RSF Spiked. It's a synergistically perfect 1-2 combo for all your cleaning needs!

It comes with a no risk guarantee. If it’s not the best rinse you have ever used just call me and I will not only give you your money back but you can keep the product.

Have always used a acid rinse and like the fact that it keeps all the screens, check valves etc. clean and free of hard water buildup and such. How will this work as far as clogging anything like check valves, screens, jets, etc....
I don't think acid rinse does much for the machine because it should be last step injection. If you're worried about that, I'd get a water softener. I love mine but I need to recharge it lol

That is correct. Just for the record, we add softeners and alkaline works best in hard water environments.

Really interesting . From the description it seems you could use it on anything and even as a standalone. One and done !?
All the Best , Ed
That is correct Ed. In one way its similar to products like Chemspec Formula 90 where it could be used as a stand alone cleaner. Where it differs is it not high ph and doesn't have all the issues associated with high ph cleaners. It cleans great, smells great and leaves carpets in a neutral state.

That's a game changer !! Mention your cleaner has essential oil fragrance and the ladies will love it .

I'd like to mention that being virtually neutral, it is great for top down rug cleaning.

On top of it our chemist went ahead and made a prespray based off some of the components of the rinse and Robs Secret Formula Free and Clear. Then we blended Groutmaster & Pure02 at just the right amount. All this and the prespray is still under 10ph (9.5ph) so no danger in voiding warranties but will give you that bump you need on rat nasty's or filthy traffic lanes. We call it RSF Spiked. It's a perfect 1-2 combo for all your cleaning needs!

I was using Robs alkaline rinse on a rat nasty today and it was going well, then I hit a room and noticed this dirt got tough. I was scrubbing the hell out of it and it was not budging. Went to drain the waste tank and noticed my chemical rinses was out. Filled it back up with alkaline rinse and carpet cleaning was much easier. I'm amazed how much of a difference the rinse makes.

I’ve found too Robs products work, and work well. Tad bit more expensive then some of the others but the time I save in cleaning and quality of the product outweigh every other factor

Thanks. And you should be able to use less rinse than most other brands so it balances out.
