Yes I charge $10 per red spot but unfortunately this is my Housing Authority contract so it falls under heavy soiling Max I get for heavy soiling his double room charge.

Is that something you address during the walk through?

I seem to miss them until after I hwe. Maybe the soil hides them well. Lol. Anyway, I feel bad after confirming to an agreed upon price and then ask for more after finding those red stains.

I guess I have clarify and be more observant in the beginning. Before hwe.

Yes this is done durning walk through process. If I miss one then I eat it as well. Once we've came to a firm deal I won't bring it up, just steam it out and move on. I hate it when that happens
