We have some nasty hard water here in Arizona and a lot of my real estate clients are not happy with the way our tubs are turning out. We have used CLR, Ajax with bleach, Lime Away Gel, Ecolab tub and tile etc... What is you go to chemical for severe tubs and showers? Not to mention foggy glass shower doors? Someone told me muriatic acid? we are running across a lot of different materials also some plastic shower stalls also...

Acid will work out for you.. I use masterblend tile restore. Cheap and easy to use. Good for glass as well. Hard water will NOT be cleaned with a high alkaline cleaner.

PS I clean at 600 psi and use a wand equipped with five, yes I said FIVE 9503 jets. That's a fifteen flow total. Dry times are quoted as "before you open in the morning."

We use BioClean slurry product for cleaning glass doors, with the sander scrubber they sell. Works great. Also use lots of acids in showers for water scale. Use the synthetic / phosphoric type acids - they can be safely used on most metal fixtures, while the Muratic acid can cause corrosion troubles.

We also clean at 12-1500 psi.....with our mini turbo...

Shower cleaning can be very profitable $5-600 for a clean and recaulk.....

Also I'm finding a lot of dark dirt in the textured bottoms of plastic tubs. I tried multiple Chemicals and a green pad still won't budge

I noticed it comes in a 34 percent and a 15 percent type I may be off a little on the percentages but something like that.

Bar keepers friend and/or a vapor steamer should take it right off.

That's the stuff. There is also another company that has a similar product and sells a shower door kit for like $279. They are Mr. Hard Water, I think from Stone Pro company. I'm gona order some stuff from them as well.

Barkeepers friend is awesome. Get the gel (not the powder). Works great on glass too. Removes hardwater stains.

It won't just fall off, but it'll make it clean. Just requires a little elbow grease! GL!
