I have a Thermal Wave 5m. Still going strong with high hours. Hard not to like any machine with a Nissan 4 cyl.

I also have the Nissan 4 cylinder. Only issue is that on occasion the rpms will go up and down. Not sure if it needs new CPU.

Love mine. Most guys that don't like them are not even sure why. They just heard some rumor on the internet. The only real problem is the computer. Move it and keep it cool and your good. Other than that, it is basically a Prochem 405 on steroids.

If my governor issues may have something to do with the computer getting too hot. I’m thinking about maybe putting it in something like a pelican box and mounting it as far away from the engine as possible.
